Ingredients

    Brown Rice, cooked, 1.5 cup
    Rice Dream Original rice milk, 4 cup
    Egg, beaten, 4 large
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    Ground Cinnamon

Directions

preheat oven to 350°F
grease 1.5+ quart casserole dish
add milk and rice to a 2 quart sauce pan and bring to boil
stir eggs slowly into milk and rice mixture
add sugar
pour into casserole dish and put in oven
bake for 30 minutes
sprinkle top lavishly with cinnamon
bake for 30 more minutes
