Ingredients

2 med. potatoes
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (8oz) stewed tomatoes
1 teas. chili powder
1/4 teas. oregano
1/2 teas. red pepper flakes
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
Directions
Preheat 400. Bake potatoes 50 min. or until soft. Cool slightly. Reduce temp to 375. Slice cooled potatoes in half, lengthwise. Scoop out pulp. Place potato shells on baking sheet.
Place turkey, onion and garlic in skillet. Cook over med. high heat 5 min or until turkey is no longer pink, drain. Add tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, pepper flakes to turkey skillet cook for 15 min.
Spoon turkey mixture evenly into potato shells, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 min.
The recipe is actually less calories - as you are not using the entire potato.
