Ingredients

    1/3 c bottled steak sauce (A1)
    3TBSp Lemon Juice
    2TBSp salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp Sugar
    1/2 Tsp. Salt
    1/4 pepper
    3lb Cut 2 to 21/2 inches thick Beef Chuck Blade Steak

Directions

Make about 5 hours before serving
For Marinade In 13 X9 inch baking dish,mix well first 6ingredients. Trim excess fat from Chuck Blade Steak. Add meat to marinade, turning to coat both sides. Caver and refrigerate steak at least 4 hours. With tongs, turn meat occasionally.
To cook on ourdoor grill. Prepare grill for barbecuing. Place steak on grill over medium coals, Grill about 30 minutes or until of desired doneness, basting often with marinade and turning steak occasionally
