Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground turkey browned in...
    2 tbsp. safflower oil. Add...
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)
    chili seasoning
    14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with juice
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    8 oz. can tomato puree
    1/2 - 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Combine ingredients. Cook for at least on hour or longer. Make approximately 8 cups. If you like your chili spicy, add the crushed red pepper flakes.
