Ingredients

    1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)
    2 cups Reduced Fat Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c steamed broccoli chopped
    1 cup skim milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash pepper

Directions

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.

TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.

BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serving Size: 1/4 of whole quiche = 1 serving
