Introduction

Kale blueberry, strawberry and banana shake with almond butter. Kale blueberry, strawberry and banana shake with almond butter.

Ingredients

    3 cups of kale
    1 cup of blueberries
    7 strawberries
    1 banana
    2 tbsp trader joe's raw almond butter
    4 tbsp raw honey for sweetner (to lower calories you can use splenda)
    5 cups of water


Directions

Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth, then drink and enjoy. Packed with fiber and protein and all good for you nutrients. Enjoy
