Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 packet Old El Paso Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
1 12oz bag Greener Selection salad greens
1 tbs onion finely minced
1 tbs celery finely minced
1/2 red bell pepper diced
1/4 cup canned or frozen sweet corn
1 med tomato diced
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 serving of your favorite tortilla chips, broken into small pieces
Directions
Trim chicken, place in zip top bag or bowl with lid with taco seasoning. Shake to coat. Grill or broil until cooked through. Set aside while prepping salad. Layer the salad ingredients with greens on bottom. Cut chicken in bite sized pieces. Top salad with cheese, broken chips and chicken. I like this without dressing, but it is also tasty with a dressing made by mixing low fat ranch and salsa to taste. (dressing not figured in nutrition content)
