Ingredients

    1- 1/2 Cup Dole Classic Romaine Salad Mix
    1/2 Cup Raw Baby Spinach
    1/2 Cup Cucumber w/ Peel
    1/4 Small Onion, chopped
    1/2 Tomato, Medium Fresh
    1/4 Cup Snap Peas
    1/4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp Basil
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Dill Weed

Directions

Wash lettuce and spinach; drain
While draining, rinse all veggies and chop to desired size, placing all together in large bowl.
Sprinkle dried spices over chopped veggies and toss. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle balsamic vinegar onto tossed veggies and toss again.
Can throw lettuce and spinach in and toss one last time; OR place greens mix into serving bowl and spoon veggies on top. (Greens maintain a little more of their own flavor this way)
