Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup onion, sliced
    1 cup green pepper chopped
    1-2 tbs. chili powder
    dash paprika
    dash cayenne pepper
    3 whole cloves
    1 bay leaf
    1-15 oz can low sodium kidney beans

Directions

Brown ground turkey, onions and green pepper in a skillet sprayed with Pam or other cooking spray. Place in a pot. Add other ingredients. Stir and cover. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 90 minutes. Add beans and heat for another 30 minutes. Serve plain or over brown rice. Makes 6, one cup servings.
