    1 package vanilla cake mix
    1 oz fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    4 egg whites
    2 eggs
    1 cup applesauce
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon


Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs (1 at a time), applesauce, and sour cream in a large bowl. Beat until smooth.

Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.

Fill bundt pan (sprayed with cooking spray) with half the cake mix. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixture and top with remaining cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 16 slices of cake.
