This is a simple, tasty, and healthy way to make salad dressing. This is a simple, tasty, and healthy way to make salad dressing.
Number of Servings: 16

2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic (fresh or from a jar)
    1 tsp Cracked Pepper
    1 packet of Splenda

Mix all ingredients in an air tight container. Mix or shake until thoroughly blended. Shake each time you use it. Keep it in the fridge.

A little of this goes a long way. It coats your salad really well. Despite the high caloric and fat content, the lack of sodium (overly-abundant in most salad dressings) and the monounsaturated fat in this dressing are well worth it.
