Ingredients

    1/2 Natural Peanut Butter
    1/2 Cup Honey
1 Cup Protein Powder (Chocolate or Vanilla both work)
    2 Cups Oats
2 Cups Fiber One (or other cereal of choice)

Directions

Combine oats, cereal and protein powder in bowl. Add peanut butter and honey and 2-3 tablespoons of water. Stir thoroughly - mixture will be thick (i use my kitchenaid mixer.) Press into a 9x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray and refrigerate until firm. Invert onto a cutting board and cut into 12 equal-sized bars. Wrap individual bars in plastic wrap. I know they keep for at least a week in the fridge - might be longer, but we usually eat them within a few days :)
These are also good with some melted chocolate spread over the top before refrigerating, but the nutrition info here does not reflect it.
