Ingredients

    6 oz shrimp cooked
    32 oz chicken broth
    1 bag mixed califona blend veggies thawed
    2 medium green onions chopped
    2 medium sticks of celery
    minced garlic
    i wrap of soba noodles (you can subsitute rice noodles)

Directions

Pre cook your shrimp if it is not done already. YOu will want to make sure its deveined and the shell is off. add in all the ingredients into a large pot and boil with chicken broth. Once that is ready to go add in your shrimp and noodles.

If you are using soba noodles i suggest you pre cook them too. Then add them in abouut 2mineuts before the shrimp is well heated.

should take about 10 minuets to make sure all your veggies are cooked through then add in your shrimp for 5 mineuts and then add in your pre cooked soba noodles.

Give it a nice stir and server. You can serve it as a main corse. THe veggies make it nice and filling plus you are also getting your protine from the shrimp.
