Coat 8 inch square pan or 9 inch round pan with cooking spray.
preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, set aside.
Mix wet ingredients then add to dry ingredients and stir til just blended.
Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
