Ingredients

2 - 8oz pkgs of Neufchatchatel Cheese
1 1/2 - cup 1%milk
1/2 -stick of butter
1 - tbsp of Mrs. Dash
1 - tbsp of garlic powder
1 - tbsp of onion powder
1 - tbsp of black pepper
2 - lbs of elbow macaroni
32 - oz of par skim ricotta
7 - oz of 2% mozzarella
14 -oz of 2% sharp cheddar
1 1/4 - cup of reduced fat sour cream
1/4 - cup of egg whites
Directions
melt butter and seasonings, add milk and cheese let cook until fully melted add egg whites. Add to cooked elbow macaroni put in casserole dish and cook in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
