Ingredients

    2 lb ground turkey
    1 tbsp black pepper
    2 cloves garlic or 2 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 egg white
    1 pkt MRC Chicken Bouillion
    3 tsp Land O lakes Seasoning (parmesan and herb)


Directions

1.Combine all the ingredients together
2.seperate into 1oz, 2 oz or 4 oz portions- roll into balls
3. Cook in frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or cook in bulk in oven at 350 25-30 minutes (do not overcook)
