I joined Spark just to rate this recipe. I made muffins and they are fabulous. The family loves them. Based on comments, 350 deg. for 20 min. Made exactly as recipe listed, 3 med. bananas, and no nuts. I'm making a double batch tonight. One recipe makes 12 muffins. - 4/4/13

I don't know about the rest of the nutrition info - but the sodium on this is WAYY OFF because baking soda and even reduced sodium baking powder, although they are calorie free, they are LOADED with sodium, fyi. - 10/24/12

Quite good but WAY too salty (nearly inedible) as written. Use just a pinch of salt or eliminate it altogether. - 6/19/14

I just baked and it's the best bread I ever had. I used coconut oil instead of butter, used flaxseed meal instead of eggs and add cranberries. I baked in a mini bread pan for 350 at 20min. It was perfect. Thank you for this recipe. Kristie - 11/13/13

Wonderful recipe. Have missed the odd treat since I started eating primal, and this was a great treat. Recipe simple, easy to follow and results great. Very moist loaf. Whole family enjoyed. - 9/11/11
