Introduction

Yummy, fast and easy. This recipe does not have near as much salt as listed. I didn't know how to reflect that only 1 seasoning packet is used for the noodles rather than two... Yummy, fast and easy. Ingredients

    2 packs of Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 pat butter
    1 can Goya white beans

Directions

In a sauce pot, saute sliced onion in butter, breaking the slices up into rings. When onion carmelizes, add the can of beans, and heat through.
Remove to a bowl and then use the same pot to prepare the Ramen noodles, but only using 1 seasoning packet. (This will cut down on the salt, but not be reflected in the dietary info...)
Add the beans and onions back to the noodles and serve.

Serving Size: Serves 6.
