Introduction

This dressing is fantastic on a salad of napa cabbage, red cabbage, red pepper slices, sliced snow peas and sliced baby carrots. A little goes a long way! Ingredients

    1/4 C Canola (or other light) oil
    1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar
    3 Tbsp peanut butter (smooth is suggested, but chunk works too)
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp grated ginger root
    1/8 - 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (more or less, to taste)

Directions

MIX together!! Ingredients will separate if left sit... so stir before adding to salad.

Serving Size: makes enough for approximately 10 servings (depends on the size of the salad)
