Ingredients

    1lb 85% lean ground beef
1 bag (14 oz) Dole Classic Cole Slaw Mix
    1 raw scallion (green onion)
2 tsp minced garlic (2 cloves)
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    2 tsp splenda

Directions

Prep: cut up the scallion (the whole thing) into small 1/4 inch pieces.

Over medium high heat, Brown the ground beef with the garlic and crushed red pepper.

DO NOT DRAIN!

Reduce heat to medium, stir in cole slaw mix. Once mixed well, add the soy sauce, as it will help "steam" the mix. "Stir Fry" for 3 or 4 minutes.

Once the cole slaw mix gets tender, add the Splenda, scallion, and sesame oil. Mix well and cook for 1 more minute.

    Very Good
I use ground pork or turkey as well and no splenda. Instead use rice wine vinegar and always add sesame seeds and diced red or green peppers and sometimes snow peas or snap peas. And add slaw last so it stays crisp. - 6/6/13
