Introduction

Same as my other blue cheese dressing, but I was searching for a lower calorie and higher protein.. I added 1/4 more buttermilk to this one and it popped it up to almost 25 servings (these are heaping tablespoons, using my regular tableware) - I think enough for my salads and I don't think it sacrificed any taste at all. Ingredients

    1/3 C greek yogurt
    1 C mayonnaise
    3/4 C sour cream
    1 t worchestershire sauce
    1/2 t cayenne pepper
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t pepper
    2 t apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c buttermilk
    5 oz blue cheese

Directions

combine ingredients, cayenne pepper to taste (it will get hotter as the flavors meld), add blue cheese last and refrigerate at least 2 hours
