Ingredients

    3-4 bunches of raw spinach
    1-2 red peppers
    6-8 cloves of garlic, 91 small onion diced if you like)
    2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp of unsalted butter
    1-1/2 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning or 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2-1 tsp of all purpose seasoning (without MSG)
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

soak spinach in cold water and thoroughly clean
cut up red pepper into cubes. Cut garlic into medium slices. Add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil to large skillet on medium heat. add garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes (do not brown). Add pepper, saute for 2-3 minutes. Add drained spinach and fold from top to bottom. Add lemon pepper seasoning and all purpose seasoning. When spinach has reduced, turn down heat to medium and add butter. Simmer 5 minutes and then serve.
