Ingredients

* Hard/Soft Boiled Egg, 1 large
* 6 cherry tomatoes halved
* Light Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
* Hot Chili Peppers, 1/2 pepper sliced thinly
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
* Garlic, 1 tsp
* Spinach, fresh, 1/4 cup
* Pepper, black, 1 dash
* Salt, 1 dash
* moroccan spice, 1 tsp
* 1/2 Chicken Breast, no skin
* 1/4 cucumber chopped
*Cheese - Grana Padano Parmesan, 1 tsp
Directions
1. Heat oil, chili and garlic in fry pan. Meanwhile boil the egg in a saucepan.
2. After 2 minutes put in the chicken, tomatoes and moroccan spices into the frying pan, cook until golden brown.
3. Add the sour cream and cook for a further 2 minutes
4. Take this off the heat.
5. In a bowl place the spinach and cucumber and grana padano cheese, and pour the chicken and tomatoes over this.
6. Place the boiled egg either halved (if hard boiled), or if soft boiled place over the top and allow to break apart on its own.
7. Mix and DIG IN!
