Ingredients

    ground beef 2 lbs
    1 c chopped onion
    1 (28 oz) can tomatoes, diced
    1 (28 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 (28 oz) can kidney beans, drained
    4-5 tablespoons chili powder
    1 tablespoon cumin
    1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
    1/4 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce
    1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. brown beef and onion (drain fat after browned)
2. place with all other ingredients in slow cooker and cook for 10 to 11 hours (less hours if temp turned up higher)
3. amounts of chili powder, cumin and hot sauce are to taste
4. stir & enjoy
