Introduction

I have high blood pressure and have to watch my salt intake, so I have been keeping an eye out for low salt recipes. This one is one of the best ones I have found so far. I borrowed from my husband's grandmother. It is basically the same recipe as my chili, but it is a little bit more soupy and it has yummy green chiles. Try it... is is so yummy with fritos or crackers. I have high blood pressure and have to watch my salt intake, so I have been keeping an eye out for low salt recipes.
