Introduction

Ingredients

3/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon apple juice
2 packets ideal (xylitol) sweetener
2 tsp corn starch
1 tsp vanilla
Topping
1 tsp Land o Lakes spreadable butter with canola oil
1 tablespoon whole wheat pastry flour
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon (or more to taste)
2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
canola spray
Directions
Mix blueberries, apple juice, ideal, cornstarch and vanilla in single server ramekin.
to make the topping: In small dish mix butter, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly. Add in Oats.
Top blueberry mix with the topping. Moisten the top with a couple pumps of some cooking spray so it doesn't dry out since crisps cook from the bottom up.
In convection toaster oven, bake 20 to 25 minutes on convection bake at 350 degrees.
