This was my first time making curry chicken and it turned out pretty good. This is a good dish that can be served any night of the week!

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 (6) pack of chicken thighs
    1 small onion
    10 baby carrots
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 cup of celery
    1 red pepper
    5 tsp of honey
    1tbsp of cumin
    3 tbsp of cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 tbsp of thyme
    3 tbsp of heavy cream

Directions

Brown chicken (skin side down first)
add vegetables
add all spices
add heavy cream
simmer on low for two hours
