Introduction

I wanted to make my own grape leaf rolls, but I accidentally tore the grape leaves while removing them from the jar. I chopped them and added them to the rice with some feta cheese a drizzle of olive oil... FABULOUS! And much easier than rolling leaves! Ingredients

    1 c. rice, cooked
    1/4 c. grape leaves, chopped
    1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
    1 t. olive oil

Directions

Mix together and enjoy!

Can add chopped tomatoes for some extra color and flavor.
Might also try some choppped nuts... pine nuts, pecans, walnuts, cashews, almonds, peanuts or ... any kind of nut would probably work well here!

Not done playing with this recipe yet - might also be good stuffed inside a tomato or a bell pepper.
