Ingredients

    2 Cups Quinoa
    10.5 oz grape tomatoes (whole cherub container)
    2 pieces Frigo light string cheese
    1/4 Cup olive oil
    1/4 C balsalmic vinegar
    2 TBS fresh basil chopped
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook the quinoa according to the package. Slice tomatoes in half or quarters. Chop basil. Cut cheese into small cubes. Add all ingredients together and stir until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
