Ingredients

    2 T Cooking Oil
    2 Bell Peppers, seeded, sliced
    1/2 Onion, sliced
    Leftover Grilled Pork Chops, sliced thin
    1 Packet Fajita Seasoning
    4 T Sour Cream
    1/4 C Shredded Cheese
    8 Small Corn Tortillas

Directions

Saute the bell peppers and onions until soft

add the pork

add the seasoning mix and water (amount is on the packet)

make into tacos and garnish.

Serving Size: make 8 tacos
