Ingredients

    2 cups brown rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 cups chicken broth/stock
    2.5 lbs pork loin, bone in.

Directions

Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Add the rice, then the pork. Pour in the stock and add the cream of chicken soup. Cook on low for at least 8 hours.

    This was so delicious. The pork was so tender after cooking in the crock pot for 8 hours and the rice had an excellent taste to it. Also, the family loved it! Simple to make! - 1/8/09
