    3 C of Cooked Brown rice
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 1/2 C Cut Leaf Spinach- frozen
    6 Tbsp Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cooked Brown rice with water and olive oil, when cooked add in Spinach and cheese heat till it looks ready, very simple
