Ingredients

    # Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    # Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    # Veal, ground, 8 oz (remove)
    # Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove)
    # Ground Pork, 8 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)
    # Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
    # Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    # Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    # Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375° in a skillet over high heat, cook onion 5 minutes, until softened; add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in ground meats, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
3. Roll golf ball-size meatballs; arrange on a jelly roll pan.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 24 meatballs, 6 meatballs per serving
