Ingredients

    2 tbsp almond flour
    2 tbsp coconut flour
    2 tbsp Sun Crystals
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 large/medium fresh farm egg
    3 tbsp plain organic low fat yogurt

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix flours, Sun Crystals, and cocoa. Add egg and yogurt. Mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

Let sit in the microwave for a few minutes more as the cake will still be rising and baking. After cooling a bit, cut cake into 2 serving size pieces and ease out of bowl with a rubber spatula.
