Introduction

12 oz Wild Salmon
1/8 cups breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Ingredients

    Skin and roughly chop the salmon - place in food processor (this work best if the salmon is well chilled or almost frozen. Pulse 3 or 4 times. Add remaining ingredients and pulse about 4 times until well blended. Divide salmon into 2 large patties (about 6 oz each) or smaller sizes if making sliders.

    These can be frozen at this time or cooked. Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Spray pan with cooking spray. Cook large patties about 2 - 3 minutes per side.

    Serve on a salad, or bun with toppings of your choice. Enjoy
