Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 oz fat-free cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    2 tbsp crushed pineapple
    2 tbsp chopped pimentos
1/2 tsp garlic powder or other seasoned salt, more or less according to your tastes.

Directions

Finely chop the green bell pepper, onion, pimentos, and pineapple.
Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and stir it until it is soft.
Stir in the chopped ingredients and the garlic or seasoning salt. You could also substitute a clove of fresh garlic, if you like the flavor.
Line an appropriate-sized container with plastic wrap, and pack in the dip.
Chill until firm.
Serve by turning over the container onto your cracker tray and peeling off the plastic wrap, and viola, a very colorful cheese dip.

Note - The amounts here are the basic ratio - if you're serving a gathering of 6-8 people a light snack of chips or crackers and this, this will more than suffice.

**Total yield of the recipe is about 1.5 cups of dip.**
