Ingredients

    Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, 8 tbsp
    Nestles Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels, 16 tbsp
    Confectioners Sugar, 2 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Using a double broiler (glass bowl in a pan of boiling water) melt the chocolate chips a bit at a time, stirring in the milk, sugar and vanilla extract until everything is blended nicely and you have a creamy semi-smooth/just starting to thicken up mixture.

Frost that cake, yo!
