Ingredients

    Fat free half and half, 1 quart
    Milk, 1%, 1 quart
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz (1 can)
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 oz bottle
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 12 fl oz

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large pan on the stove. Warm on med heat until hot to touch; this is for the egg beaters to cook and mixure to thicken slightly. Cool thoroughly in the refridgerator. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions using ice and rock salt.
