Ingredients

    1 lb chicken cut into bite sized pieces
    1/2c chopped green peppers
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
    1 14.5 oz can corn
    1 10 oz. Philadelphia Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme
    8 oz. (pre cooked volume) hot cooked rotini pasta
    1 cup shredded cheese (divided)

Directions

Cook and stir chicken and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 6-7m or until chicken is cooked through
Add tomatoes, corn and cooking creme, cook and stir 3 min.
Add pasta and 1/2c shredded cheese, cook and stir 1-2m (until cheese is melted)
Top with remaining shredded cheese, cover and remove from heat
Let stand until cheese is melted

Divide into 5 servings
