Ingredients

    *Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water, 4 serving *Helman's Light Mayo, 4 tbsp
    Pickle Relish, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
    Carrots, raw, .33 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup
    Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve as is or on bread (calories not included)
