Ingredients

    Onion
    Celery
    Olive Oil
    Potato
    Beef Broth
    Flour
    Butter
    Stewed Tomatoes
    Ground Beef
    Mixed vegetables

Directions

Saute onion and celery in the olive oil until slightly tender. Stir in stewed tomatoes, beef broth, mixed veggies, and potato on med heat. In seperate pan cook off ground beef. Drain ground beef and add to main pot. Add flour to melted butter, wisk well to get a rue. Then add to main pot. Let all ingredients simmer until soup has thickened.
