Ingredients

    1 can whole oysters
    1 can cream style corn
    1 package saltine crackers
    nonfat milk, 1/3 cup
    american cheese, 1/3 cup diced
    butter

Directions

Crush enough crackers to cover bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Put 1/3 can of corn on top (it won't cover it, so spread it out). Then place a few oysters randomly. Repeat layers until corn and oysters are used. Last layer should be crackers. Place diced cheese on top. Then place a few pats of butter on top of the cheese. Pour approximately 1/3 cup milk on top. Cook in microwave 15 minutes or bake in oven 45 mintues.
