Ingredients

Bush's reduced sodium garbanzos 1can
Butterball Turkey smoked sausage- whole package cut up
del monte diced tomato with basil, garlic & oregano- 1 can
1 med onion sliced
3/4 cup of water
Directions
1. Cut up Sausage and brown over medium heat in skillet.
2. Cut onion in half and cut into slices, then set aside
3. Rinse Chickpeas and add to skillet when sausage done, add diced tomatos, onion and water.
4. reduce heat and cook on low for about 15 minutes till the onion is tender and sauce is thicker.
Serving Size: makes 4- 1 cup servings.
