Introduction

I never thought I would like a chicken chili, but this one is outstanding! I never thought I would like a chicken chili, but this one is outstanding!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Just for Clarification ( and I feed 9 people with this exact recipe, with leftovers)
    5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 lg (or 3 sm) can of Campells Cream of Chicken soup
    2-3 cans Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies
    3 can Bush's White Beans (NOT Northern Beans)
    3 pkgs. McCormicks White Chicken Chili Seasoning

Directions

Trim all visible fat from chicken breasts and cut into small chunks.
Mix all other ingedients together in a slow cooker.
(You can either add the chicken at the beginning or wait until about halfway through.)

I cook for about 8 hours in my slow cooker.

If you do not have a slow cooker, I would use a large stew pot on the stovetop, but the chicken in at the beginning an cook on low for about 4-6 hours, or until aal the chicken has been cooked through.
