Ingredients

    2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (freshly ground is best)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 egg
    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

    Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Drop batter into muffin tin.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
