Introduction

This is not the healthiest recipe out there. But this recipe allows me to indulge about 1 time every 3 months or so. I don't cook it very often but it sure beats that urge to go to Olive Garden those calories are much uglier. This is not the healthiest recipe out there. Ingredients

    Cream Cheese, 2 oz
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 8 fl oz
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 cup
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    *Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 10 oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook )

Directions

Cook chicken how you want it prepared. In Saucepan bring whipping cream, cream cheese, and butter to a boil and melt cream cheese. Add the Parmesan cheese and garlic and stir until blended. Lower the heat to a simmer and stir regularly. The longer it simmers (at least 20mins) the better it taste.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1cup servings
