Ingredients

    2 (5oz each), boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 t Cajoun Seasoning
    1 can low fat cream chicken soup
    1/4 c water
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1/2t lemon juice
    2 T low fat sour cream (optional) not figured in calorie count

Directions

Spray skilet with cooking spray, and season chicken with Cajun Seasoning. Brown chicken on both sides. Meanwhile in small bowl combine Cream Chicken Soup, Water, Green Chilies, and Lemon Juice. Pour over browned Chicken, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until juices run clear. Stir in sour cream if wanted. Really good if served with Brown Rice!!
