I was looking for an alternate to mayo and discovered Greek yogurt - it's amazing! A delicious and healthy sandwich that's so easy to make. You can also add slices of ham or turkey. Ingredients

    1/4 C. Oikos Greek Yogurt - Plain
    1 Whole Roma Tomato - diced
    1/4 C. Cucumber, finely diced
    1 Toufan Hearth Baked Pitette - Whole Wheat pita bread
    Dash of salt
    Dash of pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pita in a small bowl. Spoon mixture into pita - enjoy!
