1 Whole Roma Tomato - diced
1/4 C. Cucumber, finely diced
1 Toufan Hearth Baked Pitette - Whole Wheat pita bread
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients except pita in a small bowl. Spoon mixture into pita - enjoy!
