  • Bad
    Tried the recipe. The problem is that there's no real thickening agent (flour, corn starch), so this will be more like scrambled eggs than pancakes. Follow Buffaloboy's advice for vanilla/cinnamon. Would recommend to skip the eggs and eat cold, or wait until Phase 2 or 3 when you can add thickener. - 1/10/16

  • I haven't tried the recipe ... but I think 1 tablespoon of vanilla would be overpowering! A more reasonable amount would probably be 1/2 teaspoon. Likewise the 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon is probably way too much - 1/2 teaspoon again sounds more like it. - 9/20/15
