Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    2 1/2 cups water
    2 medium Onions, raw, (2-1/2" dia), diced in 1/2-3/4" pieces
    2 tbsp chopped Parsley
    1.5 tsp Basil
    1 tsp Thyme
    3 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices

    1.5 lbs Clams, in shell, scrubbed well with brush
    16 oz Red Snapper (fish), in 1-1 1/2" chunks
    24 large Shrimp, raw,
    8 Alaskan King Crab legs

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except seafood in large pot. Boil to cook vegetables. Add seafood in order listed, cooking 5 minutes with each addition.
